What is a leader?

The biggest question we have as leaders is defining our role. What is a leader and what does a leader do? I think a leader is a person that stands apart from the crowd. A leader has good morals. But more importantly, a leader has goals and is always working for a future mission. A leader knows how to  encourage and support others. Most importantly, a leader must be able to identify problems and find solutions.

In our club, we are developing ourselves as leaders in our communities. We want a brighter future for our community, and we want to help in every way we can. We will study famous leaders and their leadership styles. We will communicate with leaders around the world. We will ask questions and find the answers. And we'll share what we are learning with you!
